Cheryl is a leader with 18+ years’ experience in backup/disaster recovery, networking, information security, and critical communications technology industries.
She has specialized in analytics, administration, RevOps, program/project management, inside sales leadership, marketing and customer success, assisting several high/hyper-growth companies mature their processes to increase efficiency and productivity while ensuring an exceptional client experience.
Cheryl attended Florida State University, after which time she obtained a CompTIA IT Security Certificate, certification in converged infrastructure, HIPAA compliance, hybrid cloud, desktop/server virtualization, business continuity and became a Cisco Sales Expert.
She currently holds Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder and Business Analyst credentials.
